The size of the room is amazing. The view is even better. The breakfast is superb. The gardens are worth the trip. The hot springs are calming and relaxing. What is not to like!

Hot pools. Good breakfast and great location. The grounds are beautiful.

Lighting at night going out to the pools....several lights burnt out and it was dark. Hotel could update the rooms.

Exceptional. Great location, great staff, fantastic stay.

Loved the pool, sauna and spa area. We used the spa every day during our stay. The breakfasts were exceptional, and your staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. The tank was closed during our stay, but we loved walking in the gardens and having access to it all day.

I told my husband a map would have been great. Of the hotel and grounds, location of the two outdoor spa baths etc.

Look no more, you won't be disappointed.

An absolutely exceptional accomondation, it might've easily been the best hotel I've ever been to. It certainly beated even all five-star ones on my list at the moment. The room was amazing, spacious and comfortable. The bed was perfect (and big, too). The area is scenic, the breakfast is delicious. The hotel restaurant and the bar offer really good food and drinks.

I can't remember a thing.

A gorgeous hotel nestled in a beautiful botanical garden

The whole experience was first class. We got an upgraded room which was spacious and comfortable, overlooking the magnificent botanical gardens. Every morning and evening we could walk across the little bridge to soak in the natural hot pools. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, the Gardener Bar served beautiful light meals, tea and cake etc, an evening meal in the restaurant is a fabulous culinary experience.

We were given a voucher for a welcome drink but there was no non-alcoholic option which felt a little unwelcoming to the non-drinker!

Unfortunately the large geothermal pool is being renovated and was not usable.

Truly unique place. The park and outdoor thermal baths are outstanding. The main thermal pool is closed but they have too smaller ones open for guests. As it’s low season, it was never crowded. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful place to stay & unwind.

Loved the thermal pool & the gardens. Wonderful to have both pools & gardens to just the hotel guests once they are closed to the public. The gardens are lit up at night & we had them to ourselves. The restaurant for both dinner & breakfast was sublime. Gluten free no issue what so ever.

The bar area was very busy during the day & struggled to offer any gluten free options on the lunch menu.

Beautiful

The most amazing benefit of staying here is having the gardens and hot springs to yourself when the park closes. It was magnificent. But that is definitely reflected in the cost to stay!

I had some laundry done by the resort and the cost was really high, and the clothes didnt come out very clean.

Fabulous hotel in the Parque Terra Nostra

Absolutely fantastic location in the Parque Terra Nostra. As guests of the hotel you have access to the park and the thermal pool 24/7. Whilst it doesn't look very inviting, the thermal pool is a must/highlight. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. We did not use the Spa or indoor pool so cannot comment. Parking is available at the front of the hotel (make sure you drive through the first barrier you arrive at). Is it expensive to stay here - yes! Is it worth it - definitely! Our favourite hotel during our trip to San Miguel. Highly recommended!

Wonderful

Great park, well maintained and a real pleasure to walk through. Phantastic hot pools in the park. Very generous, comfortable and nice apartment with a lovely balcony to the park. Delicious breakfast and the dinner we had was excellent as well. Parking lot worked nicely and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The indoor Spa fell a bit short of expectations and the sauna was extremely tiny.

Super relaxing and pure escapism.

The gardens and pools are amazing, especially after it’s closed to the public. You can get the whole pools to yourself. The breakfast is delicious and the evening meal was amazing. Great service and staff. The indoor pool and sauna are great. It was very quiet.

The rooms are very basic and dated shower was a little mouldy. I’d expect better for the price. But I think you’re paying for the gardens and pools.

Wonderful and relaxing stay near park and thermal waters.

We loved the location in downtown Furnas inside the Terra Nostra park, with direct access to the thermal pool and park. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and the staff very friendly.

We loved everything. However, children should not be allowed in the spa area, as it can get noisy.
